MEMBER AND STUDIO POLICIES

GENERAL:

  • If it's your first class, arrive 10 minutes prior to class to acquaint yourself with the studio, meet our team and check in. If you've taken a class with us before, please arrive 5 minutes early to check in and set up your mat and/or equipment.

    Please keep in mind if you are driving, that we are located in downtown Concord, parking is on street and it may take you a few minutes to find a parking space.

  • Wear whatever you are comfortable moving and sweating in.

  • Water and a yoga mat. If you forget either, we do have beverages for sale and a limited supply of mats. If props are in your practice, we welcome you to bring your own block, straps, or bolsters

  • To best be acquainted, please review class descriptions. If you have further questions, please reach out to us at info@worthymindandmovement.com.

  • Please stay for the whole class. Leaving early can be disruptive and means you don't get the full physical benefits a full class offers. If there is a unique reason you need to leave early, let the instructor know before class begins.

BOOKING CLASSES:

  • Once you have created an account with us, classes can be booked here or within the Glofox app.

  • If the class is full, a message will appear when you try to book the class and give you the option to join the waitlist. If space(s) becomes available, clients on the waitlist will be automatically booked into the class on a first in first out basis, with notifications sent to either the Glofox app or to your email address. If you are unable to attend, please either cancel via the Glofox app or our Website, or contact us at info@worthymindandmovement.com.

  • You can book a class up to 3 weeks before the date of the class you want to take.

CANCELING CLASSES:

  • Yes. You can manage your reservations directly in the Glofox app in the Bookings section. Alternatively, you can also log in to your account on our Website via the Schedule page. After logging into your account, click Profile, and any future reservations will be listed with the option to cancel.

  • Pay-by-class / class-pack clients:

    If you cancel a class more than 8 hours prior to the class, a class credit will be added back into your account. If you cancel a class less than 8 hours prior to the class, you will forfeit the class and it will not be returned to your account.

    Unlimited membership clients:

    If you cancel a class more than 8 hours prior to the class, you will not be charged a late cancellation fee. If you cancel a class less than 8 hours prior to the class, you will be charged a $15 late cancellation fee.

  • Pay-by-class / class-pack clients:

    A class will be deducted from your account if you signed up for it and don't cancel it more than 8 hours prior to its scheduled start time and miss it.

    Unlimited membership clients:

    You will be charged a $15 no-show fee.

  • Closures due to inclement weather will align to the Concord School District’s closures and delays, unless otherwise noted. If a class must be canceled due to any other circumstance beyond our control such as power outages, instructor illness, etc., we will return a class credit to your account if you booked the class in advance.

    While it rarely happens, we reserve the right to cancel a class 30 minutes prior to start time if no one has signed up, so please consult the schedule if you plan to drop in as we will always keep it updated.

EXPIRATION DATES AND REFUNDS:

  • We do not offer refunds on purchases beyond your statutory rights.

  • Any unused classes that have not been used by the package expiration date will be forfeited. However, if you have a documented medical issue that precludes you from exercising, we can extend your package for up to 90 days.

BRINGING FRIENDS AND FAMILY:

  • We love having our members share our studio with their friends and family. Before taking a class, they will need to go online or download our app, create an account and digitally sign our Waiver Form before participating in a class.

  • Class packages can be shared or transferred to another individual. Please contact us at info@worthymindandmovement.com for assistance.

  • Yes, however at this time, this must be handled by management. Each person must create their own account first and accept our waiver. From there, you may contact us at info@worthymindandmovement.com requesting the transfer. You are able to book up to 3 friends from your account.

  • We offer modifications for all bodies and all ages, however our classes are most appropriate for ages 16 and older unless otherwise noted for special events.

STUDIO RULES:

  • All participants must sign a waiver before enjoying one of our classes. Waivers are required before purchasing classes, either on our Website or our app.

  • We are not responsible for any items lost or stolen at the studio, so please think twice about bringing personal items that you are concerned about losing.

  • There is no cell phone use during class.

  • All of our instructors have been through extensive training and are group exercise and/or yoga certified. If you have a particular medical condition or restriction, please let the instructor know prior to the class so they can be sure to provide modifications as needed.

  • • Following CDC guidelines as well as state and local guidelines;

    • Limiting the number of people in each class;

    • Asking everyone, employees and members alike, wash their hands or use hand sanitizer upon entering the studio, not come to the studio if they are feeling sick, are coughing, have a temperature or have recently been exposed to Covid-19;

    • Cleaning and sanitizing all equipment that has been used during class.

    Members who are under the weather are always encouraged to cancel an upcoming class prior to the 8-hour window without forfeiting a class credit.

  • We recommend all pregnant women obtain clearance from their medical provider prior to undertaking an exercise routine during pregnancy.
