Our group fitness classes range from traditional yoga to the nontraditional… and then some. This is just a sampling of some of the classes you may see at our studio but checking the schedule is the best way to stay up-to-date with our offerings, class times, and pop-ups:
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

GLOW YOGA
Yup, we are “that place with the Glow Nights.” Our most popular class due to the upbeat music, energy, and overall vibe. We turn on the blacklights, turn up the music, and encourage all levels to experience fun and meaningful movement. Glow paint and bracelets provided. We consider it a “rave without the regret.”

GOOD MORNING MOVEMENT
Start your day balanced and invigorated - mind, body, and spirit - with 60 minutes of mindful movement. Class will include postures and exercises based in yoga asana, qiGong, and functional-mobility training, all intending to increase strength and flexibility, as well as an improved mood and increased energy.

ZUMBA
Ditch the workout, join the party! Zumba mixes low- and high-intensity moves for an interval-style dance-fitness sweat session that's set to a mix of Latin and Pop music. (Please wear or bring dry sneakers for your safety - we don’t want anyone slipping when shimmying!)

FLEX & FLOW
Strengthen and lengthen your muscles all in one fun-spirited sweat sesh. You'll loosen up with some juicy yoga stretches and then will be guided through low-impact strength-building, conditioning, and pulsing movements (similar to the ones we love in Buti Yoga or Pilates). We'll turn up the music and help you tune into your body!

WORTHY WARRIOR
Feel the burn during this powerful yoga class designed to increase strength and badassery. Expect to build heat through a warmup before some movement challenges (chaturanga pushups, anyone?), as well as some static holds - think planks, lunges, and even the occasional balance pose. While all levels are welcome, this practice is designed to be a little more of a push - but still fun, playful, and encouraging. Listen to your body, modify as needed, and show us your inner Warrior!

POWER PLAY
Come prepared to play during this full-body workout that may incorporate anything from yoga and conditioning to cardio and strength-training, as well as some good, old-fashioned gym-class hijinks. Each practice will be playful and unique - come with an open mind and ready to play, sweat, and laugh.

POWER VINYASA FLOW
In this energetic and creative flow-style class we’ll use our breath to move through a series of postures. Experience a sense of fluid physical motion, aiming to generate heat and create a meditative state that'll bring you toward deep relaxation.

CHILL VIBES ALL-LEVELS YOGA
Recenter and find your focus during this all-levels yoga class. While the vibe is chill thanks to the playlist and slightly slower pace, you can still expect to feel physically and mentally challenged with strength-building holds and balance poses. And much like this class, we're also super chill, so you'll always be encouraged to listen to your body so you leave feeling a little more zen, confident, and rejuvenated than when you walked in.

BUTI YOGA
Buti is a music-driven movement methodology that incorporates yoga, dynamic movement, cardio bursts, and plyometric work, all designed to get out of your head and into your body. You’ll learn the Spiral Structure Technique and the benefits of shaking it out. This certainly isn’t “quiet yoga” — we encourage you to leave everything on the mat that’s no longer serving you.

THROWBACK FLOWBACK ALL-LEVELS YOGA
During this all-levels yoga class we will move to throwback hits. Every 4-6 weeks, we will vote on a new genre/decade to keep things fun 'n' fresh. Past themes have included 90s Hip-Hop, Early 2000s Emo, and 80s Rock. Check the schedule to see what’s currently playing!

YIN YOGA
In the practice of Yin, we will slow things down while simultaneously challenging ourselves by staying in a pose for several minutes before transitioning to the next. Holding postures for lengthier periods of time will help target your deepest connective tissues. You'll be encouraged to safely find your edge but to also sink into the poses to feel the maximum benefits and mind-body connection.

VINYASA & CHILL
This class will begin with a higher level of intensity matching breath with movement as we flow through postures before slowing down for the second half of class. We'll then find our chill through lengthening and stretching, as well as seated and reclined postures before sinking into savasana. You'll leave class feeling strong and rejuvenated but also a little lighter and more zen than when you walked in the doors.
