Explore Our Classes
Our group fitness classes range from traditional Yoga to the nontraditional… as well as a variety of Barre Fitness classes and everything in-between! This is just a sampling of some of the classes you may see at our studio but checking the schedule is the best way to stay up-to-date with our offerings, class times, and pop-ups:

Yup, we are “that place with the Glow Nights.” Our most popular class due to the upbeat music, energy, and overall vibe. We turn on the blacklights, turn up the music, and encourage all levels to experience fun and meaningful movement. Glow paint and bracelets provided. We consider it a “rave without the regret.” The style of class can vary depending on the month from yoga to barre to cardio kickboxing and beyond, so always be sure to follow us on social media to stay the most up-to-date on what’s coming your way!

BARRE BEATS:
Barre Beats combines barre technique, strength training, Pilates, and yoga into a high-energy fusion of fun. We will use a variety of equipment as we improve our core strength and posture. This class is set to popular tunes for an intense and accessible muscular-endurance workout.BARRE FLOW:
This full-body workout incorporates Pilates-, yoga-, and barre-inspired motions to help build strength, endurance, and flexibility. Expect to flow from one move to another, while also incorporating small, pulsing movements. Suitable for all levels, this class features a slower pace with a strong emphasis on form, alignment, and core engagement.CRAVE BARRE:
CRAVE Barre is a high-intensity, low-impact workout designed to challenge and transform your entire body. Rooted in the CRAVE Method, this class combines isometric movements with intentional strength training and dynamic stretching woven throughout to help prep the body, enhance performance, and reduce risk of injury. Using resistance bands, bender balls, and dumbbells, you’ll improve core strength, stability, and muscular endurance- all while sculpting long, lean lines. All fitness levels welcome.BARRE FIGHT
Barre Fight is a high-energy fusion of cardio kickboxing and barre designed to ignite your metabolism, boost endurance, and sculpt lean muscle from head to toe. This dynamic format kicks off with powerful cardio kickboxing combinations to elevate your heart rate and sharpen coordination, followed by a targeted strength-training segment to build muscle & balance. Finish strong with a signature barre-style light weight and high-rep series to enhance muscular endurance and tone your entire body. No boxing or dance experience needed! All fitness levels welcome. -
We offer a range of yoga classes in multiple varieties depending on if you want more chill or more of a push!
Current offerings may include:
ALL-LEVELS YOGA: This hatha-style class is truly meant for all levels, allowing both beginners or more advanced to find movement & zen in a welcoming environment. Modifications & listening to your body is always encouraged.
WORTHY WARRIOR POWER YOGA: While all levels are still welcome, this class is meant to be slightly more of a challenge with a focus on building strength and practicing more advanced poses and variations while still encouraging modifications as needed.
YOGA TONE: Yoga with optional hand weights or props.
RISE & SHINE YOGA: Yoga meant to wake you up! Not quite power yoga, but may have a little more pep than your average all-levels class to help you leave feeling energized & focused to slay your day!
YIN YOGA: Yin focuses on longer-held poses to further lengthen and stretch the muscles. We offer both regular and heated on a semi-frequent pop-up basis.
HEATED YOGA: During the colder months especially, we like to offer either Heated Flow or Heated Yin in our gently, comfortably heated room. Check the schedule for current offerings.
STRENGTH & STRETCH: Elements of yoga are intertwined throughout this class including flows and static holds, but with optional props such as bands or a ball used throughout to help build muscle endurance.
We also routinely offer pop-up classes like F*ck It Flow, Restorative, Glowga, and more. Always check the schedule and social media to keep up-to-date!

Beat-driven strength-training incorporating heavier weights (think 12s or 15s) as well as other props like booty bands. Expect a fun, full-body mat fitness workout that’ll help build endurance and those muscles!

Join us for 45 minutes of fun 'n' functional core-strengthening exercises! Class will target abdominals, back, pelvic muscles, and beyond with a combination of reclined, kneeling, and standing exercises, plus plenty of playful plank variations. You can expect increased mobility, better balance, improved postures, new friends, and a good time.

During the colder months especially, we gently heat our studio to a cozy 80+ degrees to help encourage a deeper stretch & deeper level of rejuvenation. Styles may include:
HEATED YIN YOGA: Longer-held poses to truly help you sink into the stretch.
HEATED FLOW YOGA: Sweat Happens! Enjoy more dynamic movement in our heated studio space.

Strengthen and lengthen your muscles all in one fun-spirited sweat sesh. First, we'll loosen up with some juicy yoga stretches before building a slow burn with low-impact bodyweight exercises as well as pulsing movements (similar to the ones we love in Barre or Pilates). We'll turn up the music and help you tune into your body!

Experience a modern twist on low-impact aerobics in a non-stop, action-packed mix of cardio and toning tracks that will take your fitness to the next level. This no-equipment format uses simple, set choreography to create an effective steady-state cardio workout. LOW is easy to follow and a total blast! Adaptable to all levels of fitness, you can go low, but you will always leave feeling HIGH!

We occasionally offer either Mom-and-Me Barre (barre fitness) or Anything Goes Flow For Moms (yoga) as a limited-run series throughout the year.
Regardless of the style, each class is designed for moms to enjoy a simple yet meaningful yoga practice or barre workout while building community... but may bring their cutest plus-one (or plus-twos!) along. Class allows for interruptions, arriving late, or stopping to feed babe but all instruction is meant for mom. Older kiddos are welcome to color, participate with mom, or bring their own quiet activity.
