Zumba returns on Mondays at 4:00 PM and runs all through March.

On Tuesdays at 4:15 PM, we are launching a brand new class: Total Body Strength.
Strength training is one of the most empowering things you can do for your body. It builds lean muscle. It supports bone health. It improves posture and balance. It helps you move through daily life with more confidence and stability.
Total Body Strength is designed to challenge you in a supportive, approachable way. Whether you are new to strength work or looking to deepen your practice, this class will help you build real, lasting strength from head to toe.
