Studio Owner/Instructor

200-HR RYT
Also certified in Buti Yoga, Primal Flow, and Yin Yoga

Cassie’s passion for yoga and fitness brought her to that 8 N. Main Street space in September of 2022 when she officially became the owner of Worthy Mind & Movement. As a child into young adulthood, Cassie never could quite find her “thing” when it came to movement - competitive sports sort of terrified her and she’s still not quite over being forced to run a mile in front of her peers during her awkward preteen years. In her early 20s, she discovered yoga and it finally felt like she met “the one.” Enjoying the group setting, she began to flirt with other forms of group fitness - strength-training, Spinning, Pilates, etc - but always found herself coming back to yoga as a complement to higher-intensity classes.

After the pandemic, she discovered Buti Yoga as a fun way to carve out time for herself again as she was now a mom of two young children and felt a little lost. Buti helped reignite a fire within her, leading to her eventual certification. She didn’t stop there - that was just the gateway into a deeper appreciation for yoga. So, in addition to completing the 200-RYT course through Sharing Yoga here in Concord, she also received certifications in Primal Flow and Yin Yoga.

In another lifetime, Cassie had a successful career in editorial, beginning as a community news reporter to eventually leading the editorial department at a e-commerce startup in Washington, DC. Becoming the owner of Worthy Mind & Movement has been the most rewarding thus far as she genuinely cares about giving people a safe space to move their bodies, find themselves, and have a little (or a lot) of fun while doing so - as that’s exactly what she had been searching for so she’s just here to return the favor.

When not at the studio, Cassie enjoys spending time with her two girls, husband, dog, two cats, and Bluey the fish at her home in Concord.
