Cassie O’Brien - Founder & Lead Instructor

Specialties: Strength Training, Dance Fitness, Community Building

Cassie created Worthy Mind & Movement with a mission to make movement fun, accessible, and empowering. Her dynamic classes blend strength, cardio, and self-expression, creating a truly uplifting experience.

Hannah Linquata - Instructor

Hannah comes from a background of coaching cheerleading and teaching. Hannah grew up a competitive gymnast who switched to cheerleading in high school. She competed for a D2-colligate cheer team in college. Hannah transitioned to being active in other ways as an adult including running, hiking, HIIT classes, strength training, and barre. Hannah is excited to help people meet their fitness goals through barre classes.

Hannah is a preschool Special Education teacher for the Concord School District. This is her 6th year of teaching. Hannah also coaches and is the director for Concord Capitols Cheerleading.

Lynne Champney - Instructor

Lynne started her journey with fitness after a very traumatizing life event that happened in 2006. Group fitness classes became her savior and she wanted to give back. About 8 years ago she received her AFAA group fitness certification, but quickly added Zumba to her list because of her love of dance and music. She also added barre, Upbeat barre, High, High Low, Surge Fit, Surge Strength, Stepit ,and Stepit Strength certifications to her growing list. Over the last 4 years she has only taught choreographed formats. "The music just moves me and it is so much fun that I forget that I'm working out". She just loves seeing people reach their fitness goals and try new things. She is always telling her participants "just because it's choreographed, doesn't make it a dance. The music is guiding our movement." She has worked in the Concord school system for 19 years, teaching 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade. This career moved her up to Concord about 10 years ago. She currently lives with her husband, 16-year-old daughter, and 2 dogs: Dakota and Harley. You can usually find her by some body of water in the summer.

Jen Jackson - Instructor

Jen is a yoga teacher, black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and lifelong athlete. Her fun and playful classes combine movement practices based in yoga asana, martial arts, dance, and calisthenics, as well as any and all feel good movement modalities she can get her hands on. Jen strives to make her classes welcoming, accessible, and enjoyable for ALL students, incorporating a variety of postural options, intensity levels, and props. In addition to her work at Worthy Mind & Movement, Jen leads traditional yoga practices in studio at Sharing Yoga here in Concord, in the lavender fields at Pumpkin Blossom Farm in Warner, and in the forests of Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park (where she is also a Park Ranger!) in Vermont. When she’s not on her mat, Jen enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband Troy and her darling dogs Papi, Charli, Tango, and Cache. Relevant certifications: - RYT-200, Maui Yoga Shala, 2018 - Trauma Informed Yoga Certification, Warriors at Ease, 2021 - Reiki Level II practitioner, Crescent Moon Wellness & Yoga, 2021 - 1st degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, 2007

AliceAnn Foulks - Instructor

AliceAnn’s passion for health and wellness is deeply embedded in her soul. She has a love for creating with the natural elements around us. Her devotion to learning and experiencing the world inspired her to complete a Culinary Arts degree, a B.S. in Health Promotion, a Masters of Healthcare Administration, and a degree in Respiratory Therapy, in which she is currently practicing.

AliceAnn’s yoga journey deepened during the pandemic, where the benefits of a personal daily practice transformed her mind, body, and soul. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2022 and is currently enrolled in her 300-hour training.

Additionally, AliceAnn is certified in Yoga Nidra and Ayurvedic Nutrition, and loves to play the sound bowls.

Libby Duffy - Instructor

Libby began their yoga journey at age 5. Thanks to being raised by a yoga teacher, yoga and mindfulness has always been a part of her life. After some time away from the practice, Libby came back to daily practice in her mid-20s. In 2018, she completed her 200-hr RYT through Journey Om Yoga in Salem, NH.

Libby has been teaching both in-studio and through their own business for 5 years and has expanded as a teacher, tarot reader, and spiritual mindset coach. In their free time, Libby enjoys spending time connecting to nature, playing with her dogs and child, and cooking.

Sarah Lane - Pop-Ups & Private Reiki

Sarah discovered her love for yoga after a head injury she sustained while at work. The healing process was long but with dedication to a yoga practice she started to see the progress in her mind and body. That’s when she realized that yoga had become such an important tool in her life and had a deep desire to share its healing power with others. Sarah enrolled in a 200-hour Teacher Training in 2020 and grew from there furthering her education with a 300-hour teacher training, Yin Yoga, Kids Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, and Mindful Meditation certifications. Sarah, as well as being a yoga instructor, is also a certified Reiki Master offering hands-on healing to her community. Sarah has grown many friendships from the yoga community even started a yoga podcast (The Lotus Ladies) with fellow yogi and Worthy instructor, AliceAnn. A podcast where they don't take themselves too seriously. Off her mat, you will find her curled up with a good book with her two black cats Lucy and Salem. She also loves to travel, hike, be in the water, and listen to live music. She is a proud mother to her two adult children, Kaylee and Taylor.
